We are a typical Tuscan farm, located half way between Siena and Florence, on a hill which dominates a charming green valley, a few kilometres from Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra and the Chianti. The farm offers a relaxing and quiet stay, in 6 apartaments in the old, recently restructured, estate houses with all comforts both in summer and winter. The farm invites its guests to enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, a trip to the close beaches, trekking and biking for a wonderful holiday in the green.
The apartments are very spacious and light and offer all the comforts for both summer and winter. The recent renovations have restored their classic style, particularly in the old ceilings with wooden beams, brick arches and stone walls.
Large external spaces make it pleasant open living. Guests can make the most of our private swimming pool, located in a small park. The fortunate positioning of our complex allows you to go on trips to the sea, go trekking, go bike riding, all in the space of one day – a marvellous outdoors holiday.
The estate more than 300 hectares large have, among others, important cultivations of olives and grapes. Infact the farm produces excellent extra-virgin olive oil in the its oil-mill and excellent "Chianti Colli Senesi" red wine.
Prices includes V.A.T. and are for weekly rents of apartments and include use of, electricity, water, swimming pool. Heating is available and extra to pay on consumption.
A deposit of € 155 is payable on arrival.
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay must be payed at the time of booking, wich will not be returned should the booking be cancelled.
